EPLAN Support
We are the local support contact for EPLAN in the Eastern Cape. Operating under the umbrella of Innomatic, the sole agents for EPLAN in South Africa, we offer you a local contact for the supply and support EPLAN software.
We will do our best to assist you with any queries regarding EPLAN. In the unlikely event of us not being able to assist you with the problem ourselves, we have access to the Eplan Software & Service support team in Germany.
Hotfixes
From time to time, new hotfixes for EPLAN are released. If you are license holder for an applicable EPLAN version, we have these hotfixes available for you.
New versions
A maintenance agreement is the most cost effective and convenient way of ensuring that your company keeps up to date with the latest developments with EPLAN. This maintenance agreement is known as a SWART agreement, and registered customers automatically receive all service packs and new versions as soon as they become available.
Trade shows
